i was excited for my stay, but the view from my room was completely obstructed. plus, the carpet looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum since the last millennium. and woudl it kill someone to offer complimentary kaiseki dinner? instead, i felt like i was a burden. almost thought of giving 4 stars, but i just couldn’t.
